Cream Cheese Frosting

The yummiest frosting for your cupcakes. Sweet and creamy that leaves everyone wanting a little more.


What do you need to make this frosting? (up to 18 cupcakes)

- a pack of 200g of cream cheese
- 75g butter, room temperature
- 225g icing sugar

Start by mixing the cheese with the butter until everything is perfectly involved. As soon as you get a homogeneous paste, add the sugar little by little, always mixing. You will notice that the paste is going to start to get firmer. As soon as you finish adding the sugar, with the help of a spatula or butter knife start to spread a good amount of the frosting on each cupcake. Decorate with powder chocolate, chocolate sprinkles or any other kind of cupcake decoration that you like. Enjoy!
